The Shareware Versions of Modem Doctor, TravelClock Modem Doctor for Windows, Comset and all associated utilities can be distributed via internet, BBS systems, and shareware libraries.  No special permission is needed to include these items in CD-ROM or Computer System Catalogs.

The Registered versions of each program are *NOT* to be distributed. These programs are licensed for individual use only. The license is obtained by the act of registering the program. Note - TravelClock is fully enabled and requires no registration. However a donation would be appreciated.

Shareware allows you to try a program before you register. Shareware is not freeware.  If you use any shareware for a period of time and find it useful, you should take the time to register the program. Registration helps guarantee that Shareware software will always be available.
