Use this ModemDoctor dates back to 1988 and was the first of a series of iagnostic tools that helped PC users troubleshoot and configure serial ports and modems. Although serial ports are "old technology", there still are a fair number of them and modems in use. More recently, we are offering tips, information and programs to help maintain home networks and solve issues related to them.
